Q1:How about the shipping fees?

A:The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

Q2:What is the products warranty?

A: our warranty term is that  we offers 2yearswarranty from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects, and we accepts to repair or replace those units with manufacturing defects.

Q3: What is terms of payment?

A: we accept payment by T/T advance, sample order is ok by Western Union or Paypal. 

Q4: What is the average lead time?

A: For samples, the lead time is about3~5days. For mass production, the lead time is 7- 30 days after receiving the payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

Q5: What is the shipping way?

A: We usually send goods by Expressincluded DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc,by Airor by Ship (Which basically depends on customers' order quantity and requirements.)
